Two Night Champagne Class

Held on two consecutive Monday evenings, Bernadette O’Shea will demonstrate the House style of eight champagne producers.

The first night focuses on non vintage champagnes, while the second night showcases vintage champagnes, reflecting the nuances and effects of differing years.

Week 1 –  Non vintages: 8 champagnes to display the house styles

Week 2 – Vintages: 8 champagnes to display the styles of the different years

Designed specifically for who can not attend the two night course, Bernadette has now introduced a new condensed one night course featuring a 10 champagnes in total, encompassing both non vintage and vintages, reflecting the nuances and effects of various houses as well as differing years.
